How to request a return

- Let us know the reason for the return and any issue with the item. If there is damage or a fault, photographs can help us understand the issue.
- Follow the return shipping instructions provided by our team.
Please keep the item and any accessories available while we arrange your return. Do not send a parcel to an address without first receiving our return instructions.
